ΚΟΥΛΟΥΡΑΚΙΑ ΣΟΥΣΑΜΕΝΙΑ!

Τι χρειαζόμαστε:

  • 250 γρ μαργαρίνη (σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου)
  • 2 φλιτζανάκια του καφέ ζάχαρη
  • 2 φλ.του καφέ σπορέλαιο
  • 2 φλ του καφέ ρετσίνα ή χυμό πορτοκάλι
  • 2 φλ. του καφέ σουσάμι
  • 1 φακελάκι baking powder
  • αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις, όσο πάρει (περίπου 1 κιλό)

  • Πώς το κάνουμε:

    1. Ανακατεύουμε καλά με ένα πιρουνάκι τα έξι πρώτα υλικά.
    2. Προσθέτουμε λίγο-λίγο το αλεύρι και ζυμώνουμε ώσπου να πάρουμε μια όχι εντελώς στεγνή ζύμη, να πλάθεται όμως εύκολα.
    3. Πλάθουμε τα κουλουράκια μας σε ό,τι σχήμα θέλουμε.
    4. Ψήνουμε στους 180ο για 20′ περίπου και μέχρι να ροδοκοκκινίσουν.

      Λίγα μυστικά ακόμα

       

      Αν θέλουμε προσθέτουμε λίγη κανέλλα και μοσχοκάρυδο.

      Επίσης αν τα πλάσουμε στο κλασσικό κυκλικό σχήμα μπορούμε να κάνουμε μια ¨λακκουβίτσα¨ στη μέση και να βάλουμε λίγη μαρμελάδα της αρεσκείας μας.
